Mindfulness Meditation: The basic laws of manifestation give us the knowledge that what we think in our mind we can manifest into reality. With Mindful Meditation and Visualization, you create an orb of Color Magick, surround yourself with the color/intent and allow it to permeate your aura, body, mind and spirit.

Start by comfortably cupping your hands in front of your body, closing your eyes, and taking several deep breaths to ground yourself and center your energy. Meditate as necessary to relax yourself. Take deep breaths, release tension, and let go of intrusive thoughts and worries,

Envision yourself holding a small sparkling orb of the desired color/intent. Remain mindful of your intent, as each breath takes you deeper into a relaxed state and the orb slowly grows in intensity and size until you are fully surrounded by the color/intent. Acknowledge and accept your thoughts and feelings and envision the effects the color/intent has on your aura, body, mind, and spirit. By combining the powers of mindfulness, meditation, color magick, manifestation and visualization you can let go of negativity and focus on your desired intent.
